I grew up in San Diego loving the ocean and the outdoors.  I moved to Colorado  to attend the University of Denver.  I taught skiing in Aspen for 16 years then went on to graduate from Hamline University in St. Paul, with a B.A. in Art.  I also obtained my Elementary Teaching Credential and Supplemental Art Credential.  I attended Southwestern College in Santa Fe in the Master Degree Program for Art Therapy.  Teaching was a very rewarding experience.

I found my home in Santa Fe in 1994.  I have been with Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty since 2005.  I currently serve on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Education Committee and was Chair in 2008.  I served in the past as the Co-Chair for the Multiple Listing Service Committee.  I have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) AHWD (At Home with Diverstiy) training from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and NAR's Green Designation.

I am very excited about the changes in our industry of "Going Green".  Green is a philosophy of interconnected ideas and choices resulting in reduced enivornmental impact on society.  I am becoming more knowledgable in energy efficiency and sustainability.  I can better serve my clients understanding of and desire for "green" attributes and lifestyles.
I am also a member of Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) and was Program Director for 2009.  I will serve as Vice President for 2010.

 My community is important to me so I do volunteer work at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter.  I have enjoyed participating in the Annual Pet Parade and Barkin' Ball.  I also have worked on a number of homes with Habitat for Humanity.  This year WCR sent our women's team to Oshara Village to help build afforable housing.  I am pretty good with a hammer and saw.
